Parametrization of temperature inversion over Krasnoyarsk city

Atmospheric pollution is associated with weather conditions. Meteorological processes make a significant contribution to the creation of unfavorable meteorological conditions (NMU). NMUs are special shortterm combination factors contributing accumulation pollutants in surface layer atmospheric air. We draw particular attention temperature stratification lower layers atmosphere which can cause inversion – an increase air altitude. Temperature limits vertical dispersion harmful impurities atmosphere. Observational data show that increased level city Krasnoyarsk most pronounced winter and weak winds (no more than 1-2 m/s). To predict periods concentration boundary we consider numerical algorithm for determining time intervals formation destruction based on onedimensional model.
